Referral terms
Give a friend a free set. Get £10 in Nail Points for every friend who orders. Here is the small print, in plain English.

1. Who can refer
- Anyone who has placed and paid for at least one order at holygrailnail.com.
- You share your personal link, or your friend types your full name in their basket.
2. Your friend's free set
- For a first order only. If your friend has ordered from us before, under any email, the gift doesn't apply.
- One gift per person, per household and per set of payment details.
- Your friend claims with their name and email. The claim is held for 14 days.
- With two or more sets in the same order, the lower-priced set is free (up to £19.99). Inside a starter kit, one design is free.
- It applies automatically at checkout. It can't be combined with discount codes, Nail Points or other basket offers, apart from starter-kit pricing.
3. Your reward
- 1,000 Nail Points (worth £10 off a future order, or the equivalent in your currency) for each friend whose first order is paid. It's once per friend, not per order.
- Points are added when your friend's order is paid, and taken back if that order is refunded or cancelled.
- Nail Points aren't cash. There's no cash alternative and they can't be transferred.
- Nail Points expire 12 months after they're added to your account, like all Nail Points.
- There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
4. Milestones
- 3 friends: Holy Grail status plus 500 Nail Points.
- 5 friends: 2,000 Nail Points.
- 10 friends: 5,000 Nail Points.
- Only friends whose orders are paid count. Each milestone is paid once. We may change milestones you haven't reached yet.
5. Fair play
- No referring yourself, and no fake, duplicate or shared accounts.
- Don't post your link on voucher or deal sites, or use it in paid ads.
- If you share your link publicly on social media, you're sharing it in return for a reward, so label the post #ad.
- If we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, we can cancel claims and remove rewards.
6. Changes
- We may change or end the programme. We'll give notice on this page first. Friends who have already claimed keep their gift for the 14 days, and rewards already earned stay earned.
